Continual communication is one of the hallmarks of our franchise system. To keep every franchise owner in touch with the latest developments, there are conference calls, monthly training classes, franchise management meetings, as well as our annual franchise convention.
Every week our management team conducts a conference call to conduct business management training. These calls discuss important topics such as:
- Employee recruitment
- Employee training
- Management development and coaching
- Marketing strategy
- Establishing budgets and goals
- Sales promotions
- Client retention
Although not mandatory, Franchise owners are encouraged to attend these calls whenever possible.
Monthly Franchise Meetings
On the second Friday of each month ValuePest conducts a monthly franchise owner management meeting to discuss current topics, changes in the system and business development strategies. During these meetings we also provide training in the following areas:
- Customer service
- Insect biology and control
Our training department works with state regulators to gain approval for continuing education credits for the classes given during these monthly meetings.
